Team-led positioning without the deck

Most positioning exercises produce a deck that no one outside the team ever reads. The work itself is useful. The output rarely makes it onto the site, which means models cannot quote it.

Write three sentences: who you are for, what you replace, and what changes for the customer. Put them on the homepage. Put them in your comparison page. Put them in your docs intro. Three places, same three sentences.
Why this works for AI
Models build their representation of you from repeated, consistent framing. Three identical surfaces are a stronger signal than one beautiful page.
